At Makvera, we take pride in the quality of our products and stand behind our workmanship 100%.

If there is any defect, damage, or production error caused by us, we will gladly provide a free replacement at no additional cost.

Because all products are made-to-order, we typically do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer-related issues, such as:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Wrong color or design choice
  • Change of mind after purchase

Refunds & Eligibility

We are committed to delivering high-quality products. You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • The print quality is poor
  • The product received is significantly different from what was shown on our website

Gifts
